What sizes do you offer?

Our size guide is available on each product page. Sizes run XS–XL, with body measurements listed in cm for bust, waist, and hips.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • UK orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–2 days transit).
  • International orders: Sent via DPD Air Express (3–4 days transit).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally via DPD Air Express. Transit time is usually 3–4 days, though customs delays may occasionally add extra time.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you offer tailoring and alterations?

We don’t currently offer tailoring or alterations. However, our pieces are designed with a timeless fit that can easily be adjusted by your trusted tailor, if desired.

Can I change an item in my order after I have placed it?

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please email info@6ixthnovember.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to amend it.

Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, email info@6ixthnovember.com with your order number and updated details.

Once dispatched, we’re unable to change the address.

I’ve received a faulty item in my order. What should I do?

We’re sorry you’ve received a faulty piece. Please email info@6ixthnovember.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the fault.

If approved, we’ll arrange a return and refund.

What makes your fabrics different?

Where possible, we use luxury deadstock fabrics from Italian mills. This means each piece is produced in limited runs, making your wardrobe more curated and reducing fabric waste.

How should I care for my pieces?

All items are dry clean only. To preserve quality:

  • Store folded or on a padded hanger
  • Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure
  • Steam gently on low heat if needed
