6ixth November orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
We aim to process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days.
All orders are sent on a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number. This will be sent via the email address provided during checkout.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are shipped. Please ensure that all shipping and billing details are correct.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or forwarding addresses.
Although we use reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

Customs Delays
Orders that are delayed in customs may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates provided above. 6ixth November are not accountable for extra time required for delivery. If your order is returned to us with no reason, 6ixth November will not be liable for any customs charges or additional fees that we incur for return to sender. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase but if something isn't quite the right size, colour or fit, we have a 14 day returns policy from the receipt of goods. Please note that a £3.99 return fee will be deducted from all refunds. We do not offer exchanges.
To arrange a return, please email info@6ixthnovember.com stating your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with a postage label and further details.
All items must be returned in their original new condition, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags and labels attached. Any damages including snags, rips, the loss of buttons, sweat, smoke, deodorant, make-up stains and stains of any sort will cause the garment to be classed as worn and damaged and will make it ineligible for a return.
Faulty Items
Faulty items are where purchased goods are received by the customer either damaged or if a fault occurs within a reasonable timeframe after purchase, without visible excessive use or mishandling. If the item meets the criteria of faulty, then it can be returned in the condition that the fault was identified.
Damage due to wear and tear or as a result of applying cleaning methods not set out on the care label, are not considered faulty.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel or amend an order, please email info@6ixthnovember.com. The team will be able to see if the order can be cancelled or changed. However, if it has been shipped, we are unable to amend or cancel the order.
If you wish to return the order or refuse delivery, please let our team know. We will only be able to refund an order, once it has been delivered back to us at our warehouse. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded and a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your total refund.
